Being born in a vibrant place like New York City in the early 2000s, Privio found himself to be very out going and happy. However, by the time he was 5 years old, his father decided to take him to live in Jordan to be closer to family as well as for more comfort. Being born outside the country of origin, Privio struggled to fit into his extended family and was seen as an outsider and also seen a fake despite his fathers status and generosity towards the family. Jordan was a beautiful place but despite being Arab, Privio never learnt how to speak arabic until his later years, so living in Jordan was difficult, the only exception was that he went to an American school which helped him be friends with other English speaking kids. By the time Privio was 7, his father decided to take him back to New York and to stay there indefinitely but that didn't end up being the truth. At 10 yrs old, Privio and his father moved to Los Santos and then decided mutually to never move again, the unstable life and the constant moving around caused a lot of distress and trust issues.

Privio found himself in the academy and started to fall in love with being a cop and cleaning up the streets to the point where is he was involved in a gang task force, however the trust issues and attachment trauma caused him to fall to the dark side of being cop and getting involved in taking bribes from gangs and criminals in exchange for services that only Privio can be trusted to get done. Through Privios reluctance, he became trusted in the gang side of the city and is now the go to person for gangs whenever they require help. Privios loyalty lies deep, whoever he is loyal to, nothing will cause him to break it. Protecting loved ones, friends and even acquaintances of loved ones is Privios character and personality. Whether they are in the right or wrong, he will do whatever needs to be done to fix the issue and create a solution one way or another, even if it means asking gangs for help in exchange for his services. Through all the hard work that Privio put in, he was quickly promoted to a rank where no one will be able to control what he does or overlook his action. Privio now has the freedom to do what he wants under his discretion. While being at a high rank, he has learned how to manoeuvre through the law and bend it to his will when he needs it to be broken so that the ends justify the means.
