Dear Mr. LeBron, greetings and have a good day.
I never imagined I'd have to approach you directly, but my frustration with the situation has driven me to it. Please allow me to explain my point of view simply and understand my position.
One of the moderators, Light Moon, asked me to run a scan on my computer without my knowledge. He checked it and found it to be fine. Later, another moderator, Frost, asked me to contact him to have my computer checked. He told me there were traces of cheating software on it. I told him I had nothing to do with this and that I haven't used any cheating software since joining the server two years ago, because I'm not a professional player, but a businessman. It's only logical that anyone who uses such software is someone trying to win tournaments. If you check my record, you'll see I haven't won any tournaments. That's what I'm saying as a player.
The misunderstanding, Mr. LeBron, is that my brother, who uses my computer, was on vacation in another city. He's obsessed with cybersecurity software, viruses, and cheating. This is what he did after he arrived... After a while, the moderator Light Moon checked my system, downloaded files, and then deleted them. He admitted his responsibility after meeting with moderator Airy Black about this matter here: Rejected - ban for cheats | Adham Pluxury However, my request was rejected several times. I don't blame anyone; I blame my bad luck for having such a reckless brother. I feel wronged because I never intended to cause any harm or offense to the server. On the contrary, if you asked any of the players or moderators how much I helped them respect and abide by the server rules, they would tell you the same.
I don't know what to say, Mr. LeBron, or how to act, but you know how loyal and dedicated I am to the server. I hope you will decide to lift this ban. I agree to the money being wiped. Being with you is the true value for me.
Thank you.
