Hai! I'm lowkey confused that the report got denied. I know clips got to be 1 minute long but the clip shows exactly of what the person was saying IC to us with a explanation in the report.

The video shows all of the context on what the report was about. I don't feel like the video needs to be 1 minute when there was OOC insults IC towards us in the clip I provided.
