Someones car was being stolen and I was going to the scene I found the person but since they werent showing up on my radar I tried to catch them Suddenly their friend appeared and blocked my way hitting me and deliberately stopping in front of me Then their friend went up into the mountains Afterwards I called the admin but they couldnt see me and asked me to send a form
