Hey dear higher-ups, i've posted the complaint against that guy doing corruption and it got rejected.

Violation of SR 1.8 - Officer gave illegal parking fine without vehicle present = not following law
Violation of SR 1.11- Fine issued without RP interaction = no RP situation.
Violation of SR 1.1 - Abusing authority power for issuing revenge fines = not meeting state employee standards.
Violation of GR 6.2 - The officer refused to communicate or interact with me to continue the RP process after issuing the fine, effectively avoiding further RP.
