My Forum got reviewed by you and i got a warn reason corruption.
So as per you said A Lawyer has no position to prevent an arrest illegally, What was illegal in that? He refused to provide the 10-15 a Lawyer when i was available there, i didn`t forced him to leave the 10-15, instead he started walking with the 10-15 without providing the bodycam of the arrest, thats was the reason i cuffed him.
I suggested him to not to confiscate the items because what if his bodycam was invalid ? He only has to pay the compensation afterwards.
I suggested my client to not to show passport because he is not proven guilty yet and the officer can do all the procedures afterwards.
I didn`t cuffed the Cop when he confiscated the items. He did corruption, violating the right to get a lawyer, he refused to provide bodycam for that reason he was cuffed and i was waking behind him the whole time saying you cant do that, afterwards FIB came i showed the whole Bodycam and they approved it, in the time where FIB was reviewing the bodycam, the 10-15 was cuffed so where exactly did i prevent the arrest ?
This is the POV of the whole situation -
The 10-15 was cuffed and standing on the side the whole time when FIB was reviewing my Bodycam for corruption, so where did i prevented arrest illegally? if i wanted to prevent illegal arrest i would have uncuffed the person right away when i cuffed the FIB person but i didn`t do that he was present there in lawyer room the whole time cuffed. I know a lawyer can talk and discuss but that we do after reviewing the bodycam, he didn`t even Provided the bodycam and started walking saying protect your Fam member when i said he is under my advise and i advise him to not to show passport.
i would ask you to review my POV of the situation and take a fair decision, because there is no where in my POV where i uncuffed the 10-15 and said ok you are free to go, FIB agent refused to provide lawyer and refused to show bodycam and that is corruption and he should have got an warning for that. It was upto FIB to review the bodycam and could have arrested the 10-15, they came to defend there agent, if i was doing wrong then why did they said ok go for the arrest for there agent. Thank you.
