Life Story:
Samael Valmont is an ambitious man who came to the city of Los Santos a while back, thinking he was like everybody else, but not everybody is a part of British royalty-Valmont. Not that the royalty helped him with anything; rather, it just ended up creating more enemies for him because of the wrongdoing of his family, some of the most conniving people known to mankind, the kind of people who will—and did—throw their own under the bus. The reason Samael came to America is not because he has a liking or admiration toward the place, but because his family's corruption scandal came to light. Instead of taking the fall for it, they threw Samael under the bus and blamed him for all the wrongdoings to save themselves. Samael, recovering from this loss through years of drinking and smoking pot, comes to America to get his life in place.
Samael, after arriving in America, soon realizes that he will not have any of the royalty perks here and tries many handyman jobs. Soon realizing that the jobs will do no good for him, seeing that the only thing he wanted in this world was power—the power to destroy people, the power to hurt those who hurt him or his precious ones—he realized that that kind of power lies only in the hands of the city’s officials. He then joins the LSPD, using his past knowledge of royalty as a High Command and the Commander of Internal Affairs, the division with the most power, the kind of power that can destroy careers. He makes his way up the food chain, starting to realize who and what controls the power of the state of San Andreas, aiming to get close to them just to overthrow them and take their place. Even to get to the Commander of IA, he overshadows his previous commander and charms the Deputy Chief of Police. Now he hopes to overthrow the pinnacle of the power and claim that throne so that one day his family is recognized by His name not the other way around.
Outcomes:
1- Samael can recognize someone based on their voice, build, face, tattoos or/and clothes. [Not by id as that breaking meta gaming]
2- Samael can be a citizen hostage for 100k.
3- Samael can sell information to both spheres of organizations. [Max 100k]
4- Samael can find and break bodycams of citizens, gang members, and Government officials. [by using /try command and government officials includes GOV,FIB.SAHP,LSPD,NG]
5- Samael can fly an aero plane and helicopter in a very professional manner and do stunts with them because he learnt them in England. [no ub flying]
6- Samael can drive on rough terrains due to his skills, the terrains can sandy, mountain trails, grass, dirt. [No UB driving]
7- Samael can do illegal things like buy/sell items in blackmarket or murder people in Ghettos when off duty.
8- Samael has a hidden bodycam at him at all times always recording, that bodycam cant be found or broken by anyone, it is ballistic, waterproof, bullet proof. To find the bodycam you need to take Samael's clothes off or put the fear of God in him to voluntarily give it to you. [Cant be broken with /try commands or be found]
9- Samael can take fight against his odds (2v1) as the result of his police training. [Will show fear if needed or being taken hostage]
10- Samael can recognize any Gang by colour, cars, slogans, clothes and behavior to avoid an interaction or to respond to threats with effectiveness. [cant recognize members by ID]
