2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I - First of all I want to do best term ever at Ballas thats my goal atm I believe myself to do it. I know this is not that easy but I can finish the term without any Verbal or Warnings with my deputies.
II - Ballas is very active and cool gang I know everyone want to became part of it, so I will do my best to get every single event. And also people know how good is Ballas, when they will see we were wining every single event they will come and play with us.
III - Third and lastly I do want to improve RolePlay quality of the gangs cuz I saw so many people making those mistakes and breaking character, I will reduce that mistakes 100% and take RolePlay quality higher level to a never seen before.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I - As i said i will take the RolePlay quality higher level to a never seen before, but how? Here is it; First of all I will be focus the Events not the Turfs, I will do max amount of events with no verbals per day. I wont hire everyone to the gang I will check everyone's knowladge and give their rank of it. Everything will be fair and clear, people will get what they deserved.
II - I will listen to every single people because we are the gang I am not the gang by myself we will lead together so everyone will get a important role at best ever Ballas term.
III - I will hire very good deputies and under deputies with good pasts so they will always manage the hard situations with their good knowladge.
IV - I wont take any excuses for a their mistakes there is no mistake chance everyone will be need to give their 100% to what are they doing.
V - High bonuses with good pay system, everything will be fair and people will get what they deserved with it.
VI - Easily 100% Turf Map without any Verbal or warnings and making all map Purple!
VII - As I said there will be no warnings or verbals during the term.
VIII - No tolarance to any toxicity, I wont forgive it by any chance.
IX - Fair and Clear ranking system so everyone will like it.
X - Doing at least 90% Graffitis Done.
