Hello Dear Admin,
I was banned for “cleaning,” but I want to explain that I did not delete or hide any files during the PC check.
Admin Markus Pluxury teleported to me for a PC check and told me to join a private voice chat. I joined and followed all instructions. During the check, he asked me to open Win + R → Prefetch, and there were only around 9–10 files. On my friend’s PC there were many more files, so I searched online and learned that this can happen if SysMain is turned off.
On my PC, SysMain was disabled because I used an optimization pack to reduce RAM usage. Some unnecessary services were turned off for better performance. I did this only to improve performance and reduce RAM usage, not to hide anything. Also, I use an application called ISLC cleaner, which is only for cleaning RAM, not for deleting PC files or hiding cheats.
I did not delete any files during the PC check I hope you can give me another chance.
