Hello Administrator,
I hope everything is going well When i first started playing the game, I created an account but then forgot about it later i created two more accounts and continued playing with them.
Recently someone in my family asked me how their penalties could be lifted. since ive experienced similar situations before i knew what kind of evidence is usually required for a forum appeal. To help them, I shared my own screenshots as examples and told them they needed to upload similar evidence however they opened their own forum appeals using my screenshots. As a result, both they and I were penalized (When I opened the forum for you, you asked how he got this information this information is already in my forum account and since I informed you in advance anyone who wants it can easily get it from there i will also add the forum i opened for you at the bottom of the post)
in total i only created three accounts, but at the time i didnt know it was prohibited and continued playing. Now I've been penalized, but I had genuinely forgotten about the first account i created i respectfully request that my penalty be reduced and my main account be reactivated.
