2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have been playing on this project for almost 4 years i gained alot of experience knowledge and learned alot of skills in EN and i was in crime orgs mostly there i spended time in crime orgs pretty and after coming to EN3 i gained also alot of experience knowledge knew how it works and then i applied for the leadership of bloods i runned for 15 days and gained 31 territories within 14 days after getting the experience of leadership how it works and how it runs i think im capable to become the new leader of ballas and rule the city.
2.2 After Getting good support and love by my people on my previous term of bloods and getting experience of leadership how it runs and what to do not to do
Now im ready for ballas leadership and this time it will be a complete term everyone will know our name and who was leading them i will try to run the term with least amount of rule breaks and specially with least amount of rule breaks in turf we will be also focusing on turf i will show to all the people what my turf team can do i will also make sure that we do max activity on ghetto with proper rp and i will train my people and teach my people how to do proper rp so everyone can enjoy
I will make sure in my term no one gets bored we will do max activity with proper rules and proper rp
2.3 After getting Term i will start doing activities with my people and spread our name in the whole city of los santos so everyone would know and we will make the ghetto as active as possible if anyone enters our territory they should be feared from us i will push my limits to make my term as terrorist organization
So Everyone would fear by just hearing our names and i have alots of good plans with ballas i made i will use them as soon as i get in my position
I will look into that everyone of our guys are not rule breaking we will do proper rp with fun only not proper also fun so our people doesnt get bored
And as previous leader know i know what i have to do to run a smooth term with least rule breaks like previous we did in 15 days we managed to keep our term
with least rule breaks with max activity.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make sure to hire people with proper formal process so our gang doesnt lack of knowledge and break any rules.
3.2 We will try to do max activity as possible with least rule breaks and with proper rp.
3.3 Rank chasers Favourtism Toxicity Gang Hopper Wont be tolerated they would be instantly Blacklisted from the Org and i will make sure to check Logs for that
3.4 Bonuses will be given as soon as possible so my people dont need to wait that long for bonuses.
