2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I want to be a leader because i have been on this project since more than 4 Years on this project i have been in crime orgs and also in state orgs so i can understand the both point of views with all this experience and knowledge and skills that i learnt all these years im gonna use them all and i have alot of plans to do with NG and i will use them all i will make sure that my people dont get bored i will teach how to proper rp
and not only proper rp with fun so they dont get bored.
2.2 As i spent alot of time in crime and state orgs now i know how things work what to do what to not do i will also make sure
that my term stays acive as possible. Now NG lost its charm nowdays people dont want to stay or work as NG as they are getting bored
Because of nothing to do i will make sure that goes away I will hire as much as many people so we can do max activity possible with proper rp and follow server rules so no one gets bored.
2.3 I will make sure we wont repeat things that other leaders were doing i will make sure we do something unique so everyone knows
rather than doing the same thing repeating itself it kills the org everytime if we do something we will do unique not repeating
This will put a good impact on the organization and may increase activity, We will also make sure that we have good relationships
with others we will try to make a strong bond with others we will help others when needed they will also help others when needed
I will try to supply guns and ammo to other orgs as fast as possible so they dont lack guns and ammo.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. City Rules and Legislation : we will make sure new members are properly trained in the rules of role-play since this is essential for developing future Of Soldiers. our HRT division needs to be top-notch at training and ensuring new members follow the rules.
2. Radio Codes: I have seen alot of people dont understand how to communicate on org radio in my term we will make sure that does not happen we will train our units to use proper radio codes and give radio calls
3.We will make sure we have pretty good relations with other organization we will try to provide them ammos throu candy run and make a strong bond with others
so we can help each other in anytime when need
