Let me educate you a little bit, you will click Server Rules in EN2 section, you will go to Rules of State and read 5.3.

If this forum thread gets rejected that's totally fine, however, if he is gonna get punished please decide the punishment as "mute" instead of "ban". I believe "ban punishment" in this situation would not be fair at all.
