1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I want to become an Admin Assistant because i feel that i am ready to take more responsibility and give back to the server as an ex gang leader i have handled leadership situations, conflicts between members and also hard decisions in under pressure as well maintaining discipline in the organization that experience has helped me understand how players think and how different RP situations works. I also have experience in state organizations which gave me knowledge about rules with proper procedure and teamwork because i had been on both sides illegal and legal i understand the server from multiple perspectives. This allows me to manage situations and help the newbies without any hesitation with the amount of experience I have gained i believe i can help newbies and teach them professionally so that they will not do rule breaks.

4. What are your weaknesses?
I can bring a combination of experience and fairness to the Admin Assistants team having a lot of experience in both state and crime side and i can properly understand the mechanism of both sides which helps me resolve any problem without any pressure i am skilled at managing issues also in guiding players and maintaining a positive environment even in critical situations. My strong communication skills with patience and attention in problem solving ensure that i can support both the admin assistants team and the players in the server.
