Ans: Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans:
(i) Experience and Knowledge: My extensive experience in the EMS as the former HOD makes me a great candidate for the organisation. During my time in the EMS, I have proved my competency through my incredible knowledge about Server Rules, Roleplay knowledge and State Laws and knowledge about EMS to two great Chiefs, Dominik Wick and Tusar Deb. They and the employees of that time are the proof of my knowledge and expertise. And as the Current SCJ I have proven knowledge of the State Legislation, which I'll use to train EMS and its employees about Laws and their rights.
(ii) Leadership, Management and Team Work Skills: I have great experience in leadership and management. My management will be the best in EMS, and my team working abilities will make EMS more efficient and organized.
(iii) My Vision: From the beginning of my journey in this city, I always wanted to be a State Leader. I am very passionate about the EMS and its work because I believe EMS plays a great role in the city and I want to make it better and more impactful in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans:
(i) Proper Roleplay Training: Currently a lot of EMS employees are unaware of how to properly do RP in different situations like GS / ARO calls, state events, etc. I would train my FTOs and HCs so that they can train every single employee how to engage in RP situations and how to initiate proper rp situations.
(ii) Increasing activity: I would train my members to enjoy the roleplay, that will automatically motivate them to be more active in not only lobbies, but in events and other situations. I'll make sure that they work in EMS because they love the work not because they're forced to.
(iii) Improvements for each Departments:
Hospital Services (HS): The HS department will be determined to make sure lobbies are covered at all times, even at late night and peak times.
Ground Services (GS): My GS Department will be focused on patrolling the whole city, taking calls from everyone and making sure every citizen receives medical treatment as efficiently as possible.
Air Rescue Division (ARD): My AROs will be skilled pilots, and they will make sure that every citizen who is injured or needs medical assistance in unreachable locations receive the medical treatment .
Lab Tech (LT): My LT Department will be focused on keeping the medicine warehouse always stocked and will supply medicines to all state organizations as needed.
Human Resources (HR): My HR team will be focused in hiring skilled, qualified and dedicated employees and maintaining internal discipline and professional ethics.
Training Department (T): My Training Department and the FTOs will be highly skilled and knowledgeable individuals who will ensure that every employee is trained properly and they have every skill and knowledge required for their duties.
Psychiatrist Department (PSY): I will reopen the PSY Department and make sure that every citizens gets necessary help for their mental health. We will not let the mental health of the citizens get ignored.
(iv) Proper Surgeries: I would give specific Surgery training for my members and ensure that surgeries are done with precision and skill.
(v) Health Check Ups: I will conduct regular health check ups for all state organizations make sure their health related issues get noticed and resolved.
