I have a nice experience managing teams and conducting events, As a leader, I would ensure proper structure in the organization, including clear responsibilities, and dicipline...... well-structured gang leads to better coordination during RP situations and events
Reason 2 – Improving RolePlay Quality
I want to create realistic gang RP and my goal is to focus on story RP situations like territory capture, alliances, negotiations. This will increase the RP level and make Ballas on of the most respected gang on the server
Reason 3 – Activity & Dedication
I am highly in the server and a leader should be consistent in work, available everytime and responsible for every activity happening in the organization. I am ready to put time in recruiting, conducting events and maintaining rp level and dicipline to keep ballas strong and active.

To improve the RolePlay level in the organization i will ensure all members understand the server rules and do regular rp checks for new members and teach them communication, gang culture and realistic rp

1. I will attempt to finish the term with 0 warnings and verbals.
2. will instruct newcomers on how to commit crimes and engage in gang activity.
3. I will ensure blue gang is the most feared in city.
