Hello sir,I hope you are doing good.
I have been banned for doing rule break. I didnt knew rules and I asked my friends about that rules and I got banned for 14 Days. I dont know rules before because I am new in the city and I have learnt basic rules now and I will not break any rules. Please I request you to unban me or reduce my ban so that I cant spent time with my friends and play the upcoming update and this was my first time that i have been banned. I will make sure that I will not break any kind of rule in future.

You must read the rules before you first join and fully understand them. You are level 12 and say you do not know the rules. Now you have 14d time to fully read them, you have 2 days per ruleset, that is more than enough time.
