1. Leader of Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reason with explanation)
Honestly, EMS holds a special place for me because it was the very first legal job I took when I joined the city. I learned all my basics here. The main reason I want the Chief position is that I genuinely enjoy the medic side of RP. We are the only org that gets to interact with literally every single person in the city—criminals, cops, civilians—and I want to make sure we are providing top-tier medical help to everyone.
Secondly, I am a big fan of State Events. A lot of times EMS just stays at the hospital, but I want to change that. Whether it’s an ACC, Bank Protection, or a massive 10-60 situation, I want EMS to be right there representing the department. If I get the term, making sure we are actively involved in state operations will be my biggest priority.
Third, I've seen how bad leadership can ruin a good org. I strongly believe that High Commands need to drop their ego and be humble with the lower ranks. If the seniors are polite, the juniors automatically want to grind and work hard. I want to run a strictly fair term—no rank rushing for friends, no biased bonuses. Just straightforward discipline.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
• Real Medical RP, not just revives: I want to move past just treating players and sending them away. I’ll make sure my HR team properly trains everyone on Surgery RP and ARD situations. Handling long-distance calls with proper medical emotes adds so much realism to the server.
• Keeping the hospital chill: I want the EMS HQ to be a completely drama-free and toxic-free zone. A calm and friendly environment makes people actually want to come to the hospital for RP.
• Never leaving the lobby empty: There is nothing worse than an empty hospital. I will make a strict rule to ensure the front desk is always covered,
