Hello dear Admins,
Im been banned on my main account ID 355169 (Zur Delight) and my secondary account ID 364030 (Kaede Skeece) due to GR 1.4 and GR 1.8 violations.
My brother was taken for a PC check. Since his English isn’t strong enough and he panicked at that moment, he refused the PC check and was banned by Jonny for that reason. I believe Jonny may have thought that my accounts also belonged to my brother.
We have two computers at home. My brother and I play the same game from the same house using the same internet connection and IP address. Because of this, I received GR 1.4 and 1.8 violations as well.
I have all the necessary evidence. I recorded a video to send to Jonny Odd and I am attaching it here. I was banned simply because we play from the same household and use the same IP address. I did not violate GR 1.4 or GR 1.8.
Since I do not play the game excessively, I am both working and studying at the same time. I only play Grand in my free time because I genuinely enjoy it. As far as I remember, I may have given a small amount of in game money that would not be considered against the rules, around 3 to 4 million.
I sincerely apologize to all the administrators for this misunderstanding and respectfully submit all my evidence for your review.
