Problem description:
Last friday (15.02.2026), when x2 Grand coin events start I spent 4x times 200 grand coins used by my friend credit card, what I do with his card he clearly know everything. I was told that there were no issues and that no refund or chargeback request had been initiated through the bank.
After that, I spent the entire day in the game on Sunday and Monday. I participated in events and opened boxes using the GC I had purchased. Everything was continuing smoothly without any issues.
However, on Monday night, going into early Tuesday morning, I suddenly experienced a connection problem while I was in the game. When I restarted the game, I saw a message on the screen stating that my account had been blocked, and it showed “System” as the admin. I later learned that the reason was a refund.
The next day, I immediately contacted my friend who owns the card and explained the situation. After speaking with his bank, he informed me that the transaction had been automatically processed by the bank due to a security-related reason. He clearly stated that this action was not initiated by him.
However, my account has been blocked because of this situation. I would like to clearly state that there was no personal misuse or rule violation on my part.
The owner of the credit card is refusing to share the payment details and the receipts related to the transaction for security reasons. Additionally, since he is currently living abroad, I am having difficulty communicating with him.
I have invested a significant amount of money into the game, spent a great deal of time playing, and built very good friendships there.
I kindly ask you, as respected admins, if it would be possible to at least reset the in-game cash balance on my account and reactivate it.
While the x2 Grand Coin event was active in the game, I purchased 200 GC four times on the same day, and in total I received 2,500 Grand Coins. I honestly never expected that this would cause any kind of problem.
I am fully aware of all the server rules. There have been no in-game money transfers related to my account, nor have I ever bought or sold any account with real money. I have always played the game in full compliance with the rules.
I do not want to lose everything because of an accusation related to something that happened without my knowledge or involvement.
Thank you very much in advance for everything.
