Hey,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this appeal regarding the ban placed on my account, Ash Flawless, for investigation. Which later was turned to 1.6 by Alex but I request for this to be reviewed once again because I have never done any IRL transactions related to GRP nor attempted to buy/sell money ever.
Months ago there was a gas station on auction which one of my friend "Aryaman" wanted to buy at that time, I personally was leaving the game for long time and that is the whole point of me posting this appeal now because this that time I had literally zero time to play.
At that time as I mentioned one of my friend "Aryaman" wanted to buy a gas station from the auction and he asked if I could spare him money to help with the purchase and he would return the money if I ever wanna play again.
Therefore I transferred all the money I had at that time to the family balance of Sacred Vanguard and Aryaman withdrew it. I wasn't playing much at the time so I wasn't bothered about my money. Shortly after, three of us were banned for investigation (Me , Aryaman and the Sacred Vanguard Family Leader).
Later, Aryaman and the Sacred leader appealed or talked with you (Jonny) to clarify the situation, and later Aryaman and Sacred Vanguard Family leader was unbanned after the discussion.
At the time I never bothered to appeal it as I had no intention of playing. From my side, there was no rule-breaking intention. I was leaving the game and gave my money away to old friends. After logging in briefly after again, I informed others that I had left to join Escobar while playing since some of my friends were playing there, but I stopped playing completely shortly after that. There was no exploitation, and no malicious intent involved in my actions.
I respectfully ask the administration team to review my case thoroughly. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional clarification needed. I have always tried to follow the server rules, and I sincerely hope for another opportunity to continue playing as all my friends are starting to come back hence the reason for the appeal. Thank you for your time and consideration. I am totally fine with showing any kind of DMs, or any other proof required to proof my innocence on this matter.
