I am writing this appeal to respectfully request a reconsideration of the decision taken by the Curator of Administration regarding my rejection, which was based on concerns related to leadership and lack of trust.
I would like to clarify the situation that led to this remark, as I strongly believe it arose due to miscommunication and timing confusion rather than any intent to avoid responsibility.
An interview was initially scheduled for 15:00, and I was present in the voice channel at the scheduled time. Later, I was informed via direct message that the interview could be conducted later. I then requested to proceed the next day and was clearly told, “tomorrow at the same time,” to which I agreed.
However, later that night around 10:00 PM IST (approximately 16:30 server time), I was unexpectedly contacted again and asked to attend the interview immediately. At that time, I was not at home and clearly communicated that I was unable to join. Despite explaining my situation, the sudden change in timing created confusion, and I believe the expectations were not clearly aligned from both sides.
Due to this sequence of events, it may have appeared that I was uncooperative or avoiding responsibility, which was never my intention. I have always respected the server’s leadership, processes, and decisions, and I strive to communicate honestly and responsibly at all times.
I would also like to mention that I have relevant proof of these communications, which I am fully willing to share via direct messages if required.
With due respect, I kindly request you to consider reviewing this decision. If lifting the rejection entirely is not possible at this time, I humbly ask that it be made time-bound—valid only until 01 April 2026—after which my eligibility may be reassessed.
