Hello Sir, I hope everything is going well.
Today I was playing on EN3. I had just bought an office for 5 million and was asking for some information about offices. Shortly after that, I was banned for 60 days for Rule GR 1.9.
I checked Discord and saw that GR 1.9 relates to tax evasion. I sincerely swear that I did not intentionally try to evade the tax system. I have not bought or sold anything suspicious in the past few days.
Later, I realized the possible reason. I gave my car (KAMACHO) to my friend. Our family leader had announced that no one could drive family vehicles anymore due to fines, so I decided to give my personal car to my friend instead.
Before continuing, I would like to mention that at the end of 2024, when I first started playing, I was banned because I transferred money from my twink account to my main account. After that, I stopped playing for almost 7 months. When I returned, I became very careful and always asked admins before taking any important steps to avoid breaking rules. You can check my chat history with admins — I frequently asked whether certain actions were rule breaks or not.]
This time, when I decided to give my car to my friend, I thought selling it at a very low price (state value was 350k) might be considered rule-breaking. So instead of selling it for 10k or 20k, I gave him 100k first, then sold the car to him for 100k. After tax deductions, I only received my own money back. My intention was not to evade tax — in fact, I tried to make the transaction cleaner and safer. However, I understand now that I should have asked an admin before doing this.
There was no bad intention from my side. I did not receive any extra money through the G menu or any other method. If this action is considered a rule break, I sincerely apologize. I have been grinding for more than 4 months to buy a house in Vinewood, purchase cars, and recently an office. Losing everything due to this mistake is very painful.
I kindly request you to please reconsider my ban and give me another chance. I truly enjoy playing on the server and will be even more careful in the future.
