I was born in hyderabad India iam from middle calss family my parents were so poor so I used to study in candle light and sometimes street lights and from my childhood my parents taught me how to survice in tight budget we used to eat only 1 time a day and I never celebrated my birthday I went to san francisco for studies I completed my graduation there and them my came to my uncle house who lives in Los Santos who was a normal person he used to sell vehcle parts for chip tuning he has wholesale businees and he has a friend he San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) he told me to meet his friend and the SAHP uncle name was Speedy Alpha, he is one of the great trainer he used to train me everyday and recently he is blessed with a baby girl he is so lucky, I took training from him he used to train me with no hesitation he corrects my every single mistake and after the physical test and written test with a interview I passed it and I joined the SAHP as officer and ofter serving few years to the state there is no recognition and there is no promotion so im tired of this than I though there will be no use if we are genuine to the system, People noticed my sharp mind and good heart, and after 2 years she became Assistant Sheriff of SAHP. But things went wrong later, she got caught in a case and got fired. After changing her identity with help of her contacts, she joined LSPD to start a new life. I was a HR in the Department and I used to work very hard, althoush there is no recognistion I reamin at HOD Rank for one and half year and the payout was very low I cant event afford food to my family with the salary so I that there will be no use if we are genuine then I learned some of the things from my friend Mohil Yami, he thought me how to bend laws very well and now I dont have fear of anyone cause I know how to bend the system,after working hard in LSPD I was tired of Legal stuff so I joined several Illegal Organizations and made good money in there but at the end of the day she regrets that she is not meant for illegal activities she should not be in the gang anymore so she thought of becoming a Soldier and she Joined National Guard
Outcomes:
1- Rinky can easily drive cars (not the supercars) on rough roads and cliffs without breaking any RP (NO UB Driving)
2- Rinky is short tempered so she can be rude, bold and toxic towards citizens only while doing corruption [ Not Violating Gr 3.1 + Gr 3.2 }
