Dear Admin Team,
Hello, I received a 7-day ban because I wrote “ağlama dog” in Prime chat. I understand that what I wrote was inappropriate and I accept my mistake. However, I believe a mute could have been given instead of a ban, especially since I do not have a toxic history in my records.
I only wrote that message because other players were being toxic towards me. Even after I got banned, some people continued to mock me in Prime chat and no action was taken against them. Still, I am not trying to justify my behavior — I know I should have stayed calm.
I was already banned for 30 days recently and only 3 days had passed since I returned. Getting banned again in a short time has been very upsetting for me. When you check my chat history, you will see that I do not insult or provoke anyone unless something is said to me first. This was the first time I reacted like this.
I am also an authorized member of my family in-game, and many people are waiting for me. That is why this situation affects not only me but also my team.
I kindly ask you to reconsider my punishment and, if possible, reduce the ban duration. I promise to be more careful and avoid any similar behavior in the future.
