Dear administrator, I don't know this person( 162434 ), but the fact that he penalized me eight times in a row suggests he's targeting me. I suspect the reason is to punish one of his friends by creating a forum post, but I'm not sure. Please review the recording and the proof link I've provided and apply the appropriate penalty.

He's working in SAHP, and I spoke with the Deputy Sheriff. He said he's done the same thing to many people, targeting multiple individuals. And this guy caused me $400,000 in financial losses.
