Dear Admin Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this appeal regarding my permanent ban on Grand RP. I respectfully want to explain that I was not involved in the actions that led to this punishment.
I did not cheat anything its a game glitch (Bug) it occured when I dided in gz and then its showing GZ everywhere I go. But the admin has given be 60 days Ban and I am not Ok with this 60 days ban as you can check my profile I never got any punishment in my 2 years of grand rp role play. i dont even participate in fights. So, why would I cheat.
Explanation:
when I was in game and won a new car from car auction, I was going through the ghetto and unfortunately surrounded by group people they tried to kill me with guns but my health has no effect and I thought the car might be bugged. I did not fight with anyone as you can see in the video provided as proof as I was confused myself like how am i not dead and tried to explain about bug with in game players but they did not listen.
I moved away from the place and checked if something is wrong with my game and contacted admin about the bug. When we are interactiong with admin I noticed that where ever I go its showing greenzone for me and got confirmation that its not a car bug and its my game bug. So, the admin asked me to relogin and bug is resolved. However, I meet the player who has made a forum as possible cheats I tried explaining the issue with hime but he already made a forum and now I got ban for 60 days for no reason. its just a game glitch, i did not fight to be unfair with any players.
Grand RP means a lot to me, and I genuinely enjoy being part of this community. I respectfully request you to unban me as I am very much excited for the next updates and want to play my part to this community.
Note: I am sharing a video where I am chatting with admin and showed the bug abouth gz before relogging and the resolution I got after loggin in.
