I was robbing an ATM inside Ghetto (Red Zone), which is allowed by the rules.
During the robbery, only 2 police officers (LSPD/SAHP/FIB) arrived and intervened against me.
There was no raid, no case file, and no IC reason for them to be inside the ghetto.
