As U Can See in my POV i was doing the RP and One Guys Came and Kill my suspect possible he was his friends and he called him as he was in cuffs he cant use the org or fam radio it is possible that he Called him through any other ooc source like discord

and he came and kill me to help him out and also finish me which is violation of GR 6.13
