This player is breaking the rules and I want them to be punished.
Gr 3.1 in pov 0:05 and in pov 0:17 Vdm in pov 0:24 Gz 1.1 in pov 0:33 and in pov 0:59

only rule break I see is VDM buddy , where is 3.1? Can u explain to me since u know the rules? And what is GZ 1.1? I am only ramming u in the car kid why try get me banned for so many rules
