We were doing corrupt RP, the other people had no interest negotiating, paying, or convincing us to let them go, one of them was PD , and one was SAHP, they just kept making threats and insulting in OOC (which they got punished for apparently).

And the person reporting was Mixing and metagaming in his family chat, talking in discord during the situation, but the admin ignored it, and in his video 20:36 he is using his family radio while cuffed somehow, and 19:21 he is talking on discord , at 18:53 he is also mixing. 22:17 he is also using family radio while hes cuffed, him and his wife


The admin ignored that and gave me a punishment for FailRP, because I did the In-character action of leaving him in cuffs which is all IC.
I have a clean record since 2021, and is well known for respecting the rules, and always being in character and providing good roleplay, which the old players and admins can vouch for.

Also I'm not trying to be rude, but HaydarGhafour was watching the scenario, and he instantly punished the wife for OOC insults, so if it was fail RP why didn't he just tell us there and then to uncuff them if he was watching, but most people and many admins are saying it's not even failRP, by definition FailRP can't fall under realistic IC actions, and in this case, we just left someone in cuffs, we gave them room to RP more, they didnt want it, so we left, I'm still not sure how us not removing cuffs is FailRP
