Hello, I was recently banned for GR 1.9, and I fully acknowledge my mistake. I’m truly sorry and accept a money wipe if needed. Is there any chance to get unbanned before the 60 days?
Additionally, two days ago you informed me that the ban would be lifted and the money would be removed. However, until now, the ban has not been lifted and I am still unable to access my account.
