Dear Grand RP Administration Team,
I am writing to respectfully appeal my POV request ban on the Grand RP server. It has now been approximately 19 days since the ban was issued, and I would sincerely like to ask you to review my case.
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for not being able to provide the requested POV at the time. The reason was a technical problem with my recording software, which unfortunately stopped working properly without my knowledge. Because of this unexpected technical issue, I was unable to submit the requested recording. I fully understand that it is my responsibility to always have a working recording program, and I deeply regret this situation.
I would also like to mention that this is the first time I have ever received a ban like this. I have always tried to follow the server rules and play fairly. This situation was not intentional in any way, and it was purely caused by a technical failure on my side.
Since then, I have taken this matter very seriously and completely fixed my recording software. I tested it multiple times and made sure it is now working properly and reliably. I am fully ready to provide POV recordings at any time if requested. I have learned from this mistake and made sure that this issue will never happen again.
The upcoming update is very important to me, and I have been waiting for it for a long time. I truly enjoy playing on Grand RP and being part of this community, and I would be very grateful for the opportunity to return and experience the update. I genuinely care about this server and want to continue playing while fully respecting all rules and requirements.
I strongly believe that everyone deserves another chance, especially when the mistake was not intentional and the issue has been fully fixed. I have learned from this situation, taken responsibility, and made sure I am fully compliant with all POV requirements from now on.
I respectfully ask you to please reconsider my ban and give me one more chance. If you find it appropriate, I would be very grateful if you could consider reducing the duration of the ban or lifting it at your discretion. I assure you that I will follow all server rules and maintain proper recordings at all times.
