I was recently banned for GR 1.9, and I fully acknowledge my mistake. I am truly sorry for what happened and I accept the money wipe as agreed.
Admin Bobby Pluxury has already approved lifting my ban on the condition that all my money is wiped. This was confirmed three days ago, and I agreed to the terms immediately. However, the ban is still active on my account.
I sincerely apologize again and kindly ask if you could please proceed with lifting the ban, especially before the new Battle Pass starts.
