1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
Been playing on the server for quite some time, I realized that rather than playing on the server i would love to have the responsibility of maintaining the decorum of the server.
Talking IRL, I have held a distinctive position back in my school, so I'm really good with communication and leadership amongst. I've served most of the state orgs and got +3's most of the times, in the time being i got much aware by the profound rules of the RP server and learnt more and more whereas my exprience in gangs made me aware of different types of fragile RP situation and event situation, Being in Escobar, I learnt a lot about fam events and stuff too, now i would like to contribute more to the RP but helping the admins and creating a sense of discipline and maintain the RP with you all together. Yes, my level may not be too much coz it was when I got 16 levels in the city, I came to know about the benefits of PLAT premium, and since then, I have been using it to increase my level
Moreover, I would love to help players and punish the guilty ones. Hence, I would look forward to contributing my best if I get the position.

I tend to form deep emotional bonds really quickly with people in a short time.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being an assistant?
My Experience in every aspect of the RP gave me a good grip on rules and laws in the city. As a man of rules, I will make sure to maintain integrity and discipline over the server. Being good at communication, I would be able to deal with people in conflicts really easily and sort things out strictly, also help new players with the rules of the RP. Im stricty against unfairness in the RP, so I keep on looking for players abusing such things. Also, grand RP is more about social connections. I would love to improve the connection between admins and the players by talking to them when I'm free from work, so that the admin and player build a bond of trust and fairness over time.
Irrespective of my experience, I've been a fast learner all this time, so I will learn the process of administration in a short period of time, and I am looking forward to donate in this great aspect of the RP.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
None
8. Anything else we should take into consideration, or should we know for your application?
While my time in the govt. orgs, i've served, I was in the HRT deptt. So I have made deep bonds with all my trainees, and they were so attached to me that most of them got emotional when I was leaving LSPD. I served a great time there with respect. I received commendations from the deputy and the leader all the time. In that very term apart of my low rank, I was awarded as HRT HC, due to the impact I made in the organization in training and looking over the department.
Hence, I look forward to u all having such an impact in the admin department. too, I'm ready to give it my all if I ever get a chance to serve it in
I joined the RP this year again like in november, but i've myself been a old player of the RP, Not having the proofs but i had some experince in that time too, it was about 2-3 years ago when i left the game due to my school reasons and my email id is now lost forever so is my past account, my level in that was 37.
So I was quite good with the rules and regulations of the server + Now, when I came back in the RP, I got all the rules revised back, and my experience still remains profound and intact.
