I was engaged in a roleplay situation with another player. Suddenly, his friend (ID: 174847) started intentionally ramming me with her vehicle multiple times (VDM) to deplete my health while I was on foot. After I was knocked down, she didn't stop there; she immediately finished me (Mercy Killing) to send me to the hospital and end the RP interaction prematurely. This is a clear violation of General Rule 6.13 and the VDM policy. All violations are clearly captured in the provided POV.
