Lack of Communication in Support Emails.

I have been locked out of my GrandRP account since yesterday morning around 6am so much more over twenty four hours. I have spoken briefly in a email thread to a support agent who has simply not gotten back to me in over 18 or so hours despite my attempts to get hold of them, even making a new ticket on the support email address. I have been wanting to play my game all day yesterday and today since I have been progressing in it but I feel that the support I have been given isn't enough to make someone feel like they are important.

I had a few back and fourths, mainly just "are you able to now?" and I wouldn't be at home at the time, or the email with the code would never be sent and so they asked if I wanted them to update my password manually which I said yes and there has been radio silence. I understand that support staff do not have time to meet the requirements of every player but for me to have sent several messages asking for an update, writing in the Discord on how to get hold of my support agent or an admin, or something else I feel that I should have more ways to get help in my situation such as how the account had randomly gotten locked without telling me and now nothing and no one is helping.

I know support agents are busy, have lives outside of RP assisting, but I just want my account back. I really truly do. I appreciate you guys, everyone from admin, to staff, to other players. I just want my game back.
