Rejected Restoration Request I System

Hello Sir, hope all is well. I am submitting this request following a high level private matter, and resolution regarding my account. I am seeking the restoration of rare items/clothing lost in my home and market value of the lost assets that were auctioned/sold. A Tech Admin directed me here after posting in Tech section to finalize the log-based restoration of these items due to undisclosed circumstances and lost access. I don't have screenshots of lost items/assets due to sudden/unforseen events that granted no access to my account. I am however able to name the auctioned/lost assets if requested . Please kindly refer to the logs prior to the account becoming inaccessible to assist in this matter.
