I was at Mega Mall and killed 2 players. After dying, they came back to the same location within less than 15 minutes and tried to engage with me again. According to Rule (New Life Rule), players must not return to the same location or continue the conflict within 15 minutes.
This caused an unfair situation where I was being targeted again before the NLR time had expired. I have the POV/video footage to show the timing of the deaths and their return.
