Dear Lebron,
I hope you are well. I am writing to you regarding the criteria for the leader position and the rejection of my The Ballas Gang application. My application was declined because I do not meet the current leader requirements.
I am asking for clarification on whether my application is definitively rejected or still under consideration. In my opinion, this is unfair to long-term players who have been on the server for years, as it limits their opportunity to apply for a leadership position within the organization.
I respectfully ask that you reconsider or adjust these criteria in order to improve the project and make the process fairer for experienced members of the community. I also hope this situation will positively affect my application, that I may still be invited for an interview, and that the criteria may be reviewed.
This is the link to one of my friend complaining about the same thing and his application got reopened.
Also, this is the current leader of fib on our srever and he also had the same problem
