1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an Admin Assistant because I can see the potential that I can contribute back to the community all these years experience and help this great project to go for many many more years. In the RP and Real life I had long going experience handling complex, stresfull situations by remaining calm, professional and been handling conflicts between members and giving hard decisions under pressure while maintaining discipline.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
Crime :
I was the deputy of a big family and managing the family for the various events and activities on a daily basis.
State :

1x LSPD Head Supervisor

3. What are your strengths?
One of my main strenghts is adaptability. I've worked in fast-paced environments like call centres, where plans often change, every new call is a different story and you have to respond quickly. I am also very emptahetic - I try to really listen and understand what the customer needs. Another strenght is my communication skills. I am fluent in both English and Turkish, which helps me assist a wide range of people.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I tent to overanalyze my performance because I always want to do my best. However, I've been learning to trust myself more and focus on progress rather than perfection. I also used to find it hard to ask for help, but I've realized that teamwork is essential in busy environments, so now I make sure to communicate clearly with my team.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have an wide range of understanding of the game and its mechanics, even tho I have not been much active on the crime side, I still know the rules and other bits. If given chance, I would be happy to proven that I am the right candidate for this position by helping achieve the given targets and help the community. I am very eager to learn even more about the stuff on the background and support this project for many many years so the players can enjoy smooth gameplay without intruption.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I do not have any business currently.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?

I really would like a chance to be given for me the prove my skills, as I am complete computer geek and have an understanding of the stuff going on in the background and would like to apply my knowledge and experience with that as well to help this project get better
