I was trying to arrest his friend, and he ended up getting into the police parking at hq and I was trying to get him out of the car, and he kept ramming me over and over again.

ID 482463 will receive a punishment for CR and CL

For next time upload a longer POV. I was able to see the full video, so this time it is okay, but next time if you cut it, cut it to 1 minute at least, unless we can see whole situation from start in less than 1 minute.
