2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I worked as a member of emergency medical services during my time back in around 2022 on this server and made my way pretty high up in the rankings. I led the ARD (Air Rescue Division) and even made a training video that I still have. I worked very closely with the head of EMS at the time Melvin Linguine and together we ran a very successful term in EMS.
I believe that I can bring the level of leadership and dedication that it takes for EMS to run smoothly. I will be implementing a full hierarchy system with room to climb for employees to upper staff. I will run events for the citizens with cash prizes that will improve the relationship between EMS and the citizens of Los Santos. I will also work to improve the relationship of EMS with the Government and Police forces as I feel that in order to have a city that runs great, The services the citizens rely on to stay safe and healthy need to be in 1 accord.
Now for the more personal reason. I enjoy helping people as much as possible and I truly feel that EMS is the best way to do so. I had some of the best times during my time in EMS and I would like to recapture that feeling and hopefully pass it on and help others create some of their best memories as well.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Staff Meeting
Strict but fair rules
Encouraging the lobby staff to be more interactive with the patients
Running events for the public
Requiring tests for promotions
Previous Experience
Head of ARD (3rd highest rank at the time)
Leader of Vagos
High Command of Vagos

High Command of Cosa Nostra (was ranked #2 as a family at the time)

Although most of my experience was years ago I also was very good at what I did during that time as well as running some good orgs that didn't get into much trouble with server rules or anything like that.
