My name is Aks Rodriguez (ID: 136495). I am respectfully requesting a review of my 30-day ban.
I fully understand that communication with administration must be adequate and respectful. I also understand that if I disagree with a decision, I should follow the correct procedure and submit a complaint instead of letting frustration show in the wrong place. I sincerely apologize for my tone. It truly was not my intention to disrespect or insult any staff member, and I regret how I handled it.
The rejection references General Rules 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3. I accept that these rules exist for a reason, but I would like to ask for reconsideration because the punishment duration appears inconsistent with the sanctions written in those rules:
• Rule 5.1 lists a mute (20 to 60 minutes).
• Rule 5.3 lists a 7-day ban.
Because the decision specifically points to 5.1 to 5.3, I respectfully ask how this resulted in a 30-day ban unless additional violations were applied. If other rules were involved, please specify them so I can respond properly. Otherwise, I kindly request that the punishment be adjusted to match the sanction range of the referenced rules. I am not trying to avoid responsibility, I am only asking for fairness and consistency.
I have been playing for a long time and I genuinely enjoy GrandRP. With the new update, I really want to return and play normally again. Many of my friends are online daily and I am missing playing with them and participating in current activities. I also have Prime and I was actively progressing through the Battle Pass.
If I am given a second chance, I will keep my communication respectful and I will use the correct complaint procedure going forward. I am also willing to apologize personally to the administrator involved, and I am ready to speak via Discord with staff to explain everything calmly, answer any questions, and prevent any misunderstandings.
