I was banned for bug abuse, but I did not intentionally use any bug.
As clearly seen in the video, I was falling down while my in-game phone was open. When my friend said on Discord, “you’re falling down,” I reflexively closed the phone and focused on the game screen. At that moment, I had already fallen and taken damage. I did not close the phone before falling to gain any advantage.
There was no intentional bug abuse, and I did not gain any benefit from it. I did not knowingly exploit any game mechanic.
I kindly ask you to review the video carefully again, as I believe this ban was given due to a misunderstanding.
