As you can see, we were delivering the caravan when both of them were killed. In the second POV, they came back, which is NLR. We also asked an admin, and he confirmed it is NLR.

Approved After reviewing the videos, I did not see proof of NLR (They could have been patched up) ID 475187 will receive a punishment for Fail-RP (Trying to steal caravan WHILE being shot at) ID 534245 will receive a punishment for CR ID 532695 will receive a punishment for CR ​
