2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. The first reason I would like to be leader of EMS is because I have seen from experience how EMS is truly at the heart of the city and how it can change peoples roleplay experience from both working as an EMS employee and through the interactions they face with citizens and other orgs in day to day experiences. Hence gaining friendships, confidence and knowledge. I also believe that through my experience that I can and would love to continue this atmosphere where people can get a long, work together as a team and provide great roleplay experiences throughout the city in a way that is fair, professional and fun

2. The second reason I would like to be leader is I have seen first-hand some of the issues in other terms weather that be people not getting enough training, lobbies not being covered, not assisting LEOS in events or not being available to assist the citizens and their needs. I would like to improve this by creating a strong confident FTO/HR team along with a team of High commands that will be ready to give them the tools that the FTO team need to make the next medical students confident in their work and in EMS. I would also increase the enthusiasm of lobby duty by bringing in a positive bonus system and a team of High commands for this particular department that will be in charge of covering lobby when those need replacing. I would also improve our response to calls and events by ensuring there will be at least 2 people on calls or 2 Air response officers or response officers on duty at a time to attend events etc.

3. Thirdly I believe I have the skills , knowledge and experience that it takes to be a Leader for the EMS and having a team that is professional, knowledgeable and ready to assist and fun in their roleplay experience. Not only this but I would run a team that is run fair and equal.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


- The first thing I have noticed that is a big issue for EMS is people feel like they have to stay for hours on end on 1 lobby and it becomes a chore and becomes unfair for those who are putting in the work compared to those who are not putting in work. I would change this by bringing in a system that not only encourages people to replace and come on duty but also rewards them for their work. I would also bring in a system that ensures there is a high command to find replacement or replace them, this system would be run fairly and would be organised with the said high commands to ensure that everyone is doing their part and that their is always someone available to help those that need it.

- The second thing I have noticed is the lack of enthusiasm for EMS around the city where people believe its boring and pointless. I would do this by fist improving the relations with the citizens by ensuring there is someone on calls, on lobby and there for them when they need which will then bring a more postive and stronger relationship when they see EMS is an active org and can be fun. I would also have a team that is actively hosting open recruitments around the city and that is readily available to hire and train those who need, which ensures people don't get fed up of waiting and have to wait for hours. Another thing i would do to improve relations within the city is I would have a active PR team that is actively hosting fun events competitions and such to bring a fun atmosphere around EMS. I'd also have a team that is readily available to attend events with the LEOS and give them the tools to assist in certain situations and bring them more roleplay experience weather that would be working with the Leos to assist in mental health evolutions when needed or in hostage situations and ensuring the safety and high care for the hostage.

thigo lucas would be a brilliant leader for ems as i have seen him first hand deal in trick situations and he shows alot of leadership within his work
