My 10-15 who was in cuffs, jumps out of car idk how. His friend comes Rams car on me, then RDM's me as well as his friend, also he Mks his friend. Please check the 10-15 also for any bug abuse id- 442355, You can see he was still in cuffs thats why not running just walking yet he got out of car
