I was permanently banned for the reason “Refund.”
I do not understand this decision, as I have not requested a refund or reversed any payment.
Since Grand RP offers Klarna as a payment method, it is possible to select the “Pay in 30 days” option. That is exactly what I chose. I fully intend to pay the amount as soon as I receive my salary.
Being permanently banned after only two days without payment feels inappropriate, especially considering that the selected payment method allows for payment within 30 days.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case and consider lifting the ban.
