Dear Administration,
I would request a higher-up administrator to handle this appeal.
I was banned for saying the shooting range system is the worst system during the birthday update. I understand my words were not appropriate and I apologize for that. Pablo Schmidt has reviewed my previous appeal and reduced it to 30 days - Reviewed - Ban for Server Disrespect | Biomask_King.
However, I have reviewed the rules carefully and I cannot find anywhere that says expressing a negative opinion about an update results in a 30-day or 60-day ban. Rule 5.3 clearly states that insulting administration is a 7-day ban maximum. I did not insult any admin, I criticized a system. I feel the punishment does not match what is written in the rulebook. If I knew something like this can happen, I would had shut my mouth up.
I have been playing Grand RP for over 2 years with no previous bans. I am a fair player who cares about this server. The birthday update is happening now and I want nothing more than to participate in it with everyone. Missing this event after waiting all year is hard for someone who loves this server.
I am not asking to be unbanned completely. I accept that my wording was wrong. I am asking for a fair review of the ban length based on what is actually written in the rules. I made a mistake and I apologize from my heart.
